Bob has been with us for 8 years. He came to us with extensive knowledge and experience in the automotive industry. He’s probably the voice on the phone and the face at the counter that will engage you when you call or drop by the store. As a technical advisor, he is our air traffic controller. Ensure customer concerns and service requests are documented for technicians to interpret. Bob establishes estimates and prioritizes repairs while communicating these things to customers. Bob is very organized and friendly. Bob lives to camp and travels with his wife Cathy to different locations in the Northwest in their RV. Bob is a passionate carpenter capable of doing amazing things in his home woodworking shop. Ask him the question!
Pearthe title of is Concierge. He takes care of customer communication before and after the appointment. Perry is also involved in managing the schedule and other customer service jobs such as picking up and delivering customers and their vehicles. Perry is our go-to when something needs to be done for a customer or the store. Hailing from just outside of Philly PA, he brings a new perspective to the East Coast that has helped me seek to understand our place in the world and the auto industry.
Perry is a lifelong learner and knowledge seeker. No question goes unnoticed when asked of Perry! He developed a passion for running on the streets and trails of the Portland area parks. A connoisseur of fine East Coast sandwiches, he’s looking for a place to stand out here. Perry recently welcomed a rescued dog into his life as a friend and hopefully a running partner!
Kevin is our chief technician. He joined the team 10 years ago as a graduate of the Portland Community College automotive program. Kevin has a great wealth of knowledge and experience that helps him test and analyze the most complex systems with the highest level of understanding. When we have a difficult problem, Kevin is usually the resource we use to get to the bottom of the problem. He’s our most seasoned solution seeker, troubleshooter and problem solver. Kevin loves the outdoors. He enjoys riding four wheels in his Toyota pickup and Land Cruiser, as well as riding his Honda off-road motorcycle as often as possible. Kevin is Julie’s husband. They have a daughter, Charlotte, and are expecting a baby in January!
Katie also came to us through the Portland Community College Automotive Program. She has been part of the team for 6 years now. Her most special skill is her awareness of what is going on in the store and with customers’ vehicles at all times. As a technician, she does everything! With a thirst for knowledge, she takes on new challenges with a positive attitude that fills the store. Katie shares her home with a few kittens. She loves to travel, especially the coast of Oregon and Washington. When the FIFA World Cup takes place, you can stop by and see the passion in action!
The new member of our team, Jed has been in the industry for a few years. His positive attitude and his strong desire to acquire knowledge and experience make him a great asset. Jed possesses the ability to find a way to do it. Think outside the box and find a solution. These traits are tireless and invaluable when you maintain and repair automobiles. Jed loves animals and the outdoors. A new puppy named Gauge has just joined his family.
Tap is our class clown and the team member who keeps us on our toes. It ensures that we do not relax during labor and reminds us to “behave”! Pat also helps keep the office organized. It’s a pleasure to work with Pat and it’s fun to tease and play.
